The Ten Per Annum (TPA) Project is an initiative by Mukono Galacticos Soccer Academy aimed at identifying and nurturing young football talent while ensuring they acquire quality education. We believe that every talented young player deserves the opportunity to succeed both on and off the pitch.

The Mukono Galacticos Talent Development Initiative is a comprehensive, annual project with the core objective of identifying and nurturing 10 talented young players aged 12 to 15. Selection is rigorous, focusing on demonstrated football talent, academic potential, and unwavering commitment. The program is built on three essential pillars: Intensive Football Training delivered by experienced coaches to develop technical, tactical, and physical skills; Crucial Educational Support which includes scholastic materials and mentorship to guarantee academic success and robust Character Development focusing on life skills training to instill discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities, ensuring that these future stars are well-rounded individuals ready for success both on and off the pitch.
We seek partners to support the Initiative through Donations covering training and educational costs. Experienced coaches can offer Volunteer Coaching, while professionals can provide Mentorship for character development. Additionally, securing Scholarship Opportunities is vital to ensure our players access quality education alongside their intensive football training.
